Detroit's creative identity has always been shaped by the intersection of art, design, engineering, and manufacturing. The automotive industry transformed the city into a global center of innovation, while generations of artists, designers, architects, musicians, and makers built a creative culture defined by craftsmanship, experimentation, and bold ideas.
Art & Cars brings these parallel histories together, presenting original artwork alongside iconic automobiles and exploring the connections between art, design, and mobility. Presented during Detroit Month of Design, the exhibition celebrates a shared spirit of innovation and creativity while looking toward the people and ideas shaping Detroit's creative future.
ArtClvb is a platform that connects contemporary artists directly with consumers, retailers, institutions, and public spaces to make original art more accessible, scalable, and sustainable. Built by artists for artists, ArtClvb creates new opportunities to sell original work while making it easy for people and organizations to discover art for their spaces.
Through partnerships with retailers, designers, architects, hospitals, hotels, and public spaces, ArtClvb places original artwork where people live, work, and gather, with artwork curated to fit everyday spaces, audiences, and budgets, and supported by a platform for both industry partners and consumers.
