Winter Wonders at Entrance One 2026 Guidelines

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines:

• Parties of 10 or more guests must wait until all members of their party have arrived before entering the experience.

• The entry line will begin outdoors on Woodward Avenue. Please dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared to wait outside.

• The entry line will close at the scheduled closing time of the experience. All guests already in line at that time will be permitted to enter.

• We encourage guests to arrive early to ensure ample time to visit Santa and enjoy all elements of the experience.

• All guests must exit at the conclusion of the experience.

• Santa photo sessions are limited to two photos per family. Up to five printed copies of the selected photo are available upon request.

• Pets and other animals are not permitted, with the exception of trained service animals.

• Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please remain with your party throughout the experience.

• Large bags, backpacks, and strollers are not permitted inside the experience. A designated stroller parking area will be available outside the entrance.

• Strollers accommodating newborns are permitted.

• Winter Wonders at Entrance One, Bedrock, and GM are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

• Weapons, noisemakers, fireworks, explosives, or any other hazardous items are strictly prohibited.

• Winter Wonders at Entrance One is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage to personal property.

• This is a family-friendly event. Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and wear suitable attire at all times.
