1001 Winter Wonders Guidelines

Parties of 10 or larger must wait until all members of the party are present prior to entering the experience.

The entry line will start outdoors, beginning at the Woodward Avenue entrance. Please be prepared to wait outdoors. 

The line will end at the closing time of the experience. All parties in line at the time of close will be able to enter.

Please arrive early to ensure you are able to visit Santa and participate in all elements of the experience.

All guests must exit the building following the close of the experience. This includes the building lobby, restrooms and elevators.  

Photos are limited to two shots per family. Multiple printed copies are available upon request, up to five max.  

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed, except service animals. 

Guests under 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please stay with your party for the entirety of the experience.   

No large bags, backpacks or strollers will be permitted inside the experience. There is a dedicated area in the lobby to leave strollers before entering. 1001 Winter Wonders is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Weapons, noisemakers, fireworks and explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the property.  

1001 Winter Wonders is not liable for any personal injury or loss/damage to personal property.
